We are a full-service residential firm specializing in new home construction, home renovations of all scopes, small and large home additions, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, exterior home remodeling and façade renovation, as well as critical pre-construction services and project planning.

Donatelli Builders, Inc. officially opened its doors for business in June 1989. As an award-winning, second-generation remodeling contractor and custom home builder, Donatelli Builders, Inc. brings peace of mind to clients who are seeking the very best with any project. We handle every interaction with dependability, professionalism and honesty, and place fundamental importance on open communication between the client and entire project team.

From 1997 through February 2009, our company was known as Aventura Builders, Inc. as a result of a business partnership. In March 2009, our company’s president, Chris Donatelli, decided it was time to reinstate the original firm name and changed it back to Donatelli Builders, Inc. Chris believes the Donatelli name underscores his trusted brand. He’s proud of what his company has been able to do and proud to have his name associated with his beautiful, architecturally sophisticated homes, which also solve problems and create solutions for clients. Chris credits the relentless innovation he and his team bring to each home renovation, remodeling or new construction project.
